Setting it up takes five minutes

  1. Connect. Plug the frame into your laptop with the included USB-C cable. It appears as a drive with 9 numbered folders.
  2. Add your music. Drag 1 MP3 file into each numbered folder. Each folder represents one disc.
  3. Match disc and folder. Disc 01 plays folder 01, and so on. Numbers are printed on the back of each disc.
  4. Play and enjoy. Place a disc on the frame to play its song instantly. Remove it to stop playback.

      Can I upload any song I want?


      Yes! Any MP3 file can be added, including Christmas classics, instrumentals, family favorites, or everyday music. Each disc plays one song, and you can replace your selections anytime by reconnecting the frame to your laptop.

      Does it need Wi-Fi or a phone?


      Not at all. After your music has been uploaded, the frame works completely on its own—no Wi-Fi, phone, app, or subscription required. Simply place a disc on the frame to play its song and remove it to stop.

      Can I return my order if I change my mind?


      Since every frame is prepared to order, we’re unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. If your frame arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance. The frame and all 9 discs must be returned unused, without music uploaded, and inside their original packaging. Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received.
